Career Outcomes and Pathways
Individuals completing this course will be qualified for employment as a service manager, assistant service manager, senior service advisor or service advisor in a Dealership, Franchise or Repair workshop working in a customer facing role. Further studies that can be undertaken include:

Delivery and Assessment Options
Delivery and assessment for this qualification is completed via distance learning through on-the-job training. Participants provide evidence of skills and knowledge by submitting completed assignments and worksheets, photographs / videos, and 3rd party reports from an Industry Expert / Supervisor.
RPL for Upgrading Older Qualifications
The Learning Professionals provide a simple process for you to upgrade your older qualifications to the current qualification by means of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). Majority of the older units of competency that make up the Certificate IV are equivalent, allowing you to receive direct credit transfer. Some minor gap training may be required for some units.
